Here is a new serie that I will call Wii Sports Daily. The idea is really that simple and it's just me doing the daily fitness on Wii Sports. If I get an age over 40 I will do a 20 minutes training at the end of the video. So when you see the video is over 20 minutes, I didn't do that great.
