[Wii U] FRITZ!Box Blacklist Toggle Trick [Firmware Update Proof Online Gaming]

In this video you can see that toggling the blacklist assigned to the Nintendo Wii U console can allow and disallow games to connect to the online mode but the advantage is that by allowing it just for the connection it will let you play online while still blocking automatic system menu updates. The only downside is that it has to be done manually every time in the router administration interface but that's a small price to pay I guess. :D
Also as you can see my firmware version is 5.4.0 and I can still play online. The currently latest version is 5.5.0. This is possible if the game is up-to-date and it does not require the system menu to be up-to-date however games can not be updated if the system menu firmware is not the most recent one.
