[Wii U] Installing Homebrew Launcher on NAND (5.3.2 - 5.5.2)

I had to re-upload this because I confused a little but important detail between retail and dev/kiosk units. On retail units you need to have Sigpatches before starting the Homebrew Launcher Channel.
(A few weeks ago I did the same on my Kiosk unit where I don't need to have Sigpatches. SORRY ):
