Wild ARMs, Part 1
1Is this RPG old enough to be called a classic? Wild ARMS, a series that started on PlayStation in 1996, continued in a series comprised of two PS1 games, 4 PS2 games (including a remake of the first game), and a PSP game. The first installment is a solid, if somewhat formulaic RPG, but the later installments would include lots of really cool innovations.
A major selling point of the series is the music, which is generally fantastic. Michiko Naruke composed the music for the first three (plus the remake of the first) and had a hand here and there in the later ones, as well.
The Original Soundtrack CD for this game was the first music CD I ever imported--that's how good it was!
Anyway, this is the first of what will be many parts, in which we go through the prologue chapter. Enjoy!
