Will the Explosive Sniper end piloting? Project: Helisexuality
102So ... The Gunrunning DLC didn't end up quite like a lot of us aircraft guys wanted it to. We figured with all these anti-air toys around, there'd have to be some aircraft hidden away right? Well ... We were wrong.
More importantly though, is that we can add upgrades to our weapons now, via "research" (Bunker and MOC needed). One of these consists of explosive rounds for the Heavy Sniper. Players can carry up to 40 of them, and can replenish them by calling up their MOC.
They are very fun to use, don't get me wrong. They also serve as a big counter to jets. However, you can imagine how much they'll affect the already incredibly vulnerable attack helicopters, normal helicopters, planes, even cars, and ... Just about everything else that can't survive an explosion.
I think there's really no excuse not to buff the Savage and other aircraft now. Helicopter piloting was in a bad state before this - now though? I'm not sure it can survive without some kind of intervention.
