Will There Ever Be another SoulCalibur Game?
20A lot of people thought SoulCalibur was a dead franchise after 2012's SoulCalibur 5. That game upset series veterans because most of their favourite characters were removed in favour of newcomers who effectively had the same movesets. It's understandable why they'd be upset by that. It took until 2018 for SoulCalibur 6 to come out. That game was also a re-telling of SoulCal 1 to a degree. The game was a commercial success, performing better than Bandai-Namco had expected. It also sold well enough that a SoulCalibur 7 isn't out of the question. So, if we do get a SoulCalibur 7 when can we expect it?
