Make sure you DONT get the gold magic upgrade. It doesnt work on the final boss, and youll be left with a weak power shot, instead of the tornado. You should have definately picked up the tornado upgrade by this point.
This boss just takes some practice and getting used to the patterns. The hardest part is when hes down to 3 pieces of health and this bouncing thing comes out shooting. Not sure if its dodgeable but I did well enough to slide into it, take the hits, and finish off the boss with precise hits.
This part took me alot of tries, but the rest of the game offerred little challenge. Aside from when I did not upgrade my weapons, but I ended that run and started the game over.
