With Windows 10, if you plug in your Camera or Phone via USB, it may or may not react. There can be one or a couple of things wrong.

By checking your connections, cables, drivers and Window 10 settings, you should be able to resolve the problem and configure Windows 10 to take an automatic action when you plug your device into your computer via USB.
