How to disable the very frustrating ALT+SHIFT Keyboard Shortcut in the new update of Windows 10

HOW TO DISABLE:

-Type LANGUAGE SETTINGS in windows text bar (bottom left taskbar next to Windows key)
-Click blue link - Choose an input method to always use as default (bottom)
-Click blue link "input language hotkey settings"
- select tab (Advanced Key Settings)
- click button below window "Change Key Sequence..."
- Select "Not Assigned" on both SWITCH INPUT LANGUAGE and SWITCH KEYBOARD LAYOUT
- Click OK

This STUPID feature interferes with multiple essential functions in Photoshop apps and the path to disabling it is a convoluted and frustrating as you'd expect from any windows forced feature that nobody ASKED FOR!

Sorry, I'm clearly frustrated
