Windows 11 hasn't converted all the legacy Windows 10 tools just yet. In Windows 10 Control Panel there was a category called Administrative Tools that contain many small applications like System Configuration, Performance Monitor, Registry Editor, System Information and the like.

Now these tools have been moved into an 'app' that lists these tools in a single window where you can access easily access them. Over time Windows 11 may convert some of these and remove them from this collection, but for now you can find those obscure little utilities in a single place.
