Windows 11 has a new, simpler Start Menu where some of features of Windows 10's Start Menu have been removed. But it did keep the ability to pin the settings app, default directories, file explorer and network status to your Windows 11 Start Menu

It's an easy task to go to the Settings App and customize the list to exactly the items you want.
