Managing your Start items is much simpler in Windows 8 than in Windows 7. Insted of trying to drag a shortcut around to another location in the menu, Windows 8 makes great use of the tile system to arrange tiles into groups that makes sense to you.
You can click and drag the tile to wherever you want, either relocating it within a group or creating a new logical group. By sliding them around you can change their order within a group, putting you most used applications near the top.(Best viewed in HD)
