Just recently updated from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. And here are some bugs I found by myself.

1) Performance Information and Tools are missing in the Control Panel.
- means no more Windows Experience Index

2) Closing apps (drag down from top to bottom) won't close the apps completely.
- means have to go to Task Manager and close them manually.
