The Mail App in Windows 8 does not support POP3 email accounts, so you are stuck with Live Mail or some other email service, right?

Not true, you can pull POP3 emails from a Windows Mail account, especially if you use the Migration App from Microsoft. It will get all your Live Mail emails and import them into your Windows 8 Mail account.

Then you can send and receive POP3 emails through your Windows 8 account until your are ready to stop using your old POP3 account.
