Want to update Windows to 2004, or a newer version? Can't figure out why you can't? Well, you can force Windows to update, and usually end up with no issues. This is a super simple forced fix, that should get your PC running the latest version of Windows. The end even covers cleaning up leftover files for a cleaner PC.
