I wanted to make a desert Super Mario World style course for a while and when playing around with the wind mechanic, I found the balloon being affected by wind makes for a tricky gimmick. However, I didn't think it'd sustain a full level by itself and I also wanted to do something with the cape and wind so I added a more standard first half.

This is the third version of this level. I really wasn't happy with the clear rate on the original so I made a few adjustments in the second version to make things a bit easier. A few things were moved around slightly and a claw jump was removed from the first half to make some platforms a bit wider since it was too easy to overshoot some jumps due to sudden wind shifts. The section where you have to jump up two claws when there's no wind between two Pokeys was reworked so you aren't stuck getting comboed to death if you hit the Pokey. I extended the area of ground to give you a second chance if you get hit during the balloon portion and lastly, I removed a bit where you had to quickly fly under three Thwomps since it seemed to really trip people up more than I intended.

Unfortunately, as a result of carelessness when making my adjustments I accidentally added a softlock to the second version. This third version fixes that issue.
