A wireless multifunction presenter remote control is not suitable to adequately control the Netflix app on Windows PC. Even though the device is recognized as a wireless mouse, navigation using the remote can only 'Tab' forward through options and well as 'Page Up' and 'Page Down'. Also, 'Volume Up', 'Volume Down' and 'Play/Pause' are functions that can also be used once video is being played. I purchased this remote through a third-party seller on Walmart Canada's website.
