Upon arriving on Skellige for the first time in the Witcher 3 story, Geralt wakes up on the shore after the ship got wrecked by a Skellige clan. There he is being robbed by a local villager by the name Steingrim. The dialogue has 2 basic options - fist fight with the guy and teach him a lesson or be polite and have a laugh - avoid the fight. This short clip shows the later option.
