So ppl claim that Nvidia did something with Kepler based GPUs and they only use 80% of the GPU ingame on Witcher 3 and maybe they did. But here is my point of view on Hairworks FPS loss and also proof that atleast GTX 780 runs faster than 80%. So if it runs less than 80% on other 600 series and 700 series that have Kepler, then I understand the fuzz. But if ppl with say 660 or 760 and they complain that they cant get high fps on mid-range cards and cant play on max, well then you are stupid, look at my frametimes with GTX 780 on max settings. Its an old card and this game just came out. You cant expect new titles to run awesome on your 2-3 year old card. New games means new and better graphics. Its just not how it works.
