Use software that limits/caps framerate/FPS - i use RivaTuner (Statistics Server) which you can also get by downloading MSI Afterburner since it packs both apps.

I noticed that with 30 fps cap (on my 60 Hz display) it runs much nicer and smoother without stuttering.
Even cranked up the visuals to ultra/high/low mixture in 1080p and got (almost) rock solid 30 fps performance :)

Minimum requirements are QUAD & NEWER CPUs; i got dual core to work just fine even though it's OC'd quite a bit :)

- Ultra graphics preset (nvidia hairworks off, shadows, grass & foliage low )
- High post-processing preset (ambient occlusion & AA off)
- 1920x1080
