Wizard Kid Attends the Only Interesting History Class and Becomes 🅱oneless (Book 2, Ch 9-10)
Harry and co manage to get away with the crime of being near a stiff cat, talk to Daniel Radcliffe in a wig, and check out a book on how to commit atrocities. Then in an unrelated incident, Harry attempts the SM64 Green Demon challenge and gains a tentacle arm in a process. We then find out that the Chamber does exist and has been opened before, and then find out that the Chamber does exist and has been opened again.
Getting past things:
- he began a kind of roller-coaster ride around the edges of the stadium, (...) where Adrian Pucey was trying to get past Wood
Unlocalized Britishisms:
- “Can’t go in there,” said Ron gruffly. “That’s a girls’ toilet.” (Ch 9)
- “Oh, come on, no teacher’s going to fall for that,” said Ron. “They’d have to be really thick. . . .” (Ch 9)
Whimsy:
- House-elves have an inherent magic property to them that causes them to only be free when given clothes by their master, even if accidentally.
