When Pat doesn't remind this contestant he can get another $3500 call, he completely forgets...it's mind-blowing actually how you're ignoring a chance at potentially 7k+ more (3 Y's, 2 H's). It's ultimately up to the contestant to remember to use it, and the extra consonant is usually not that big of a benefit in the bonus round...

And while eventually it looks like it doesn't matter, those extra consonants could have helped him figure it out before he spun to his doom. Maybe not, though, he bought a dud U instead of an A in R2. O_O

What an evil BR to end the year (and prove the WC wouldn't have helped). I really hope we can give away the Winnebago Access (ARP in the 60k range) tomorrow or next Friday during 6th episode week, but like 50k and 100k there's probably only one out of 24 spaces with it...
