Wonder Dog is your run-of-the-mill platformer and one of the first games for the Sega CD. It's decent visually and has a nice soundtrack, but it doesn't do anything special. Still, it's a pretty fun game. Wonder Dog's basic abilities consist of running, jumping, hovering, and an attack in the form of shooting stars. He can fling them higher the longer you hold down the A button. There are lots of secret bonus levels, secret levels, and power-ups to find. I just wish his basic attack wasn't so annoying.

In most cases, he dribbles the star first, as in, he bounces it on the ground and lets it bounce in small archs from there. This means you either have to be right in an enemy's face to hit them or you have to constantly jump and attack. Sometimes, he seems to just shoot them right at the enemy, but if he can do it manually, I have no idea how to. I only have the disc for this game, so if somebody owns the manual for this and has any super special tricks to impart, let me know, lol. Enjoy.
