Bram Stoker's Dracula Game Sample - Sega CD
Original Air Date: October 22nd, 2009
Some people might be wondering where all the good Sega CD games are at by now. Well, we still have some, but I don't want to play all the ones we own just yet, so here's Bram Stoker's Dracula for Sega CD. It's completely different from the other versions. It's quite the animal/creature punching-kicking simulator, but I don't think much of it as a game. In a lot of ways, it makes the SNES and Genesis adaptations look really good, which should not be the case. The photo-realism (if you want to call it that) is an interesting touch to the game, but makes an already difficult game harder and precision misleading.
It's based off of the 1992 film that featured Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder, Anthony Hopkins, and Keanu Reeves -- to name a few.
