Ok this achievement is definitely a grind. You not only need to get the perk for the challenge, but also have enough refreshes in case you don't have the next letter in the alphabet!
Perks I went for to help were:
Rare and Legendary More Likely - as it is a rare perk
Perk Screen Can Have 4
Sell Price +1 On New Round - for extra refreshes
First Re-Roll is Free
Then mostly skip for +2 refresh on perk rewards.
