Workaround to LOWER IDLE WATTS on Intel Arc A380 | A750 | A770 [40W→15W]
So this is the only limited workaround to lower the watts in idle state on intel arc graphic cards A380, A750 and A770. I haven't tested if this does impact performance of the games but I would assume not if you have "Ultimate Performance" set on your power plan.
Only works for SINGLE MONITOR setups. I had HDMI connected to Elgato on streaming PC and as you saw in the video, W didn't lower because it had 2nd display on.
I am not sure if this works on Linux ... probably not but someone else can confirm?
If you are having Asrock A750 and will follow the FW update do remove the driver with the help of this video:

Some bioses might need the following changed though I tested on my 3 systems and AUTO seems to work fine? Let me know if you experience this issue.
