I can't believe this! Witcher 3 wild hunt just got patched to 4.03 version and look what they've added into the game! We now have Intel XESS support for us graphic arc users and boy it does look better then FSR 2.0.

I had manually replaced the XESS 1.1 files with the ones in the game and I can't confirm which version it was using.
