It's time we finally get going and start questing.
We are going to Silverpine Forest. Located in the Eastern Kingdoms, this area has some heavy forsaken influence and has quite a gloomy and dark atmosphere.


First things first, we check the map to get reference on where we are right now and where we are going. Orgrimmar is located in Kalimdor while Silverpine Forest is located in Eastern Kingdoms. This is where the portals in Orgrimmar come in handy. The portal in one of the zeppelin towers provides a way directly to the forsaken capital, Undercity. I took the liberty to go beforehand and set Undercity to its original version (spoilers!) and returned to repeat the moving process to show the original version of this city. Once in Undercity and the problem of moving to the desired continent solved we make our way to the flight master and talk to him. Always remember to talk to the flight masters when arriving to a new city or town, once you have spoken to a flight master you can fly there from anywhere.


Time to officially make Silverpine Forest our desired leveling zone. The warchief's command boards that you can find in the world provide you with suggestions of zones where you can go. This time it did not suggest Silverpine Forest however, so opening the Adventure Guide serves the same purpose. These options tell you with a just a few sentences what you can expect to see in a particular zone.


So we make our way from Undercity to Silverpine Forest and begin our adventure. Completing a few quests for now and we even encountered a few rare monsters. For future reference, rare monsters have a silver dragon portrait and they often look different than the local beasts. For example the wolf we encounter here was light in color unlike the normal wolves around him. Rare beasts also drop better than average loot. For example the rares we encounter here both dropped a little bag. Unfortunately I am already equipped with better ones so they were a waste this time. Many of these rares drop uncommon (green) or even rare (blue) quality armor pieces which can come in handy so it's not a bad idea to take down a rare beast when you see one.
