My Medic Build (Level 30):
Booster Shot - Start with a Stim Pistol, Compact SMG, and a free Medkit. Using a Medkit on a teammate also apply 25% effect on you
Triage - Apply Medkits 50% faster
Pick Me Up - Any teammate revived by you will gain a temporary health boost
Big Pharma - Max Number of Stim Pistol charges increased to 4
Tenacity - All incapacitated team members will stay alive for 30% longer
Navy Seal - Start with SMG TMP5
Efficiency - 25% chance of using a Medkit without depleting your supply
I'll Take That - Killing a special zombie gives 100% chance to restore one equipment charge (cooldown 30 seconds)
Fighting Chance - Using the Stim Pistol on a teammate who is pinned will get them to their feet
In the Zone - Using a Stim Pistol or Medkit adds a 50% firearm damage boost for 10 seconds
Secret Ingredient - Stim Pistol grants additional masking effect lasting 5 seconds
Lobotomy – Restore 2 rounds in magazine for each headshot made with SMG
Doctor’s Bag – Medkits used by you and your teammates restore 10% more health
This chapter has been changed to be made easier compared to the last update "Undead Sea". The most difficult section is still the first swarm area where everything is so clustered. I recommend you use any Autoturrets, Barbed Wires, or High Voltage Defense Grids that you pick up here. You should keep the Stationary Machingun because it's not as useful due to how many direction the zombies come from.
The buttons for closing the gate will be random here and you'll have to know where to press the buttons. A tip here is the second button will ALWAYS be on the opposite side of the first button. So it is recommended you start moving to the opposite side of the first button once you have pressed it.
If you are able to manage the hoard here, you should be able to use stealth (crouch-walk) for the rest of the way towards the last section. Take advantage of silenced weapons and make your way towards the last stand.
The final section have been changed to make it easier, you should have an extra ammo crate for more ammo, 2 possible locations to find more breaching charges, along with many defense kits laying around this last part. I recommend you place Autoturrets and High Voltage Defense Grids in the middle by the stairs and Stationary Machingun in the middle as well where it points towards the right side of the fence.
The moment Helicopter comes around, another door should open where it should have a crate and 2 defense kits. Take advantage of this little break and grab the defense kits, it will help greatly for the last round of defense.
If you are using classes like Medic or Fixer, make sure you memorize where the Equipment Supply Bags are. This is crucial for those classes and it is the reason why they are top-tier at the moment.
