OK, so I just turned in-game music off since it's always so loud. If anyone knows how to make the in-game music quieter, please leave a comment. Hopefully this one won't blow out your speakers. Other than that, it's just another typical, terrible Isaac run... dead before I make it through the caves. I swear to God I'll get better at this, even if I have to play 5000 hours, haha.
