Elixirs of Rapid Mind grant you a 300% bonus to experience for 15 minutes which isn't a lot of time, but if used wisely, they can get you far. This video demonstrates how it's done!

-Prepare by completing as many quests as you can in your zone, but don't turn them in. Then queue up for a random dungeon.
-Before you kill the final boss and complete the final objective, use the elixir of rapid mind. Once the final boss is killed, you will be granted triple the experience of the dungeon objectives and the random dungeon bonus.
-Don't forget to turn in the dungeon quests and then return to your zone to turn in the quests you've completed before queuing up for the dungeon.
-Spend what time remains on the elixir to complete as many quests as you can to eek out as much experience as possible.
