This beats the last world record by almost 10 whole seconds due to a new route that allows you to set up the warp pad glitch in Level 19 and activate it by simply toggling to the next level via the D-pad + L. The old route involved setting up the glitch in Level 6, saving and quitting, and then continuing which was obviously a lot slower.
