WRC Arcade for the PlayStation 1 is a racing game that aims to replicate the excitement and intensity of what its over the top genre can provide! As such, it offers a short and concise experience of much fun and games.

The graphics of WRC Arcade are relatively basic, and don't do much in terms of special effects or advanced rendering techniques. However, the developers have managed to create an artistically cohesive and visually appealing environment adorned by beautiful textures, relatively realistic colour choices, and properly lit & shaded landscapes, that rise its appeal even above others more demanding of the hardware.

Another contributing factor is the scale of objects, props, sprites... such as animals, barriers, houses, humans, trees, and all that. Everything has been scaled according to how it'd look like in the real world, adding a sense of believability to it all. Car models are quite recognizable as well.

In terms of gameplay, the game offers a range of different gameplay modes, including single-player championships, time trials, and multiplayer options, but the lack of a career mode or extensive customization options may limit the game's longevity.
