Depending on who you talk to, Wreckfest online is either a lot of fun or super frustrating. That comes down to how you feel about rules - some people need them, others need to break them. If you play as much as I do, you eventually find the racing style you enjoy and stick with it for a while.

Personally, I like clean-ish racing, but I hate rules - if you are going to grief me, I want to be able to take you down to get some peace for the rest of the race and not being kicked for "breaking the rules".

As far as I'm concerned, if you get points for what you do, then it 's not against the rules, and while driving against the traffic is definitely not in the rules, you learn to adapt - sometimes I take the defensive driving route and just work around the bus and harvester road blocks / kamakazi's while other times I like to do my best battering ram to take them out so at least they're no longer a moving threat, and just a static object.

I love this game - still - and this new track, Rockport Rough Spot, is my new favourite. So much fun!
