How to do this:
* The glitch has been patched, so unfortunately this cannot be done anymore.
It only works in Universe Mode. So firstly, go into Create a Superstar and save a default CAW.Then go into Universe Mode and, just as an example say you want to do John Cena vs Nikki Bella, set up a match between John and the CAW.
Then, go into Create a WWE Superstar (the in-game characters) and choose who you want (in my example Nikki Bella). Do not set that version of them as an alternate attire, just as its own separate superstar.
Overwrite the CAW you made earlier with this new version of Nikki Bella. Then since it is not the actual in-game Nikki Bella, go to moveset editor and copy Nikki's moveset over to the CAW. If you want you can change the entrance and victory scene and everything as well.
When you go back into Universe Mode the match should be John Cena vs your Nikki Bella CAW. So if you change the moveset and everything it will be exactly like you are playing a match between John Cena and the in-game Nikki Bella. Hope this helps!
