Here's an idea with momentum, it could be a penalty for those who are being cheered or booed. So if you're good doing dirty moves like head smashes or eye pokes or being dirty doing good moves like, off the top rope and tope moves to the outside, your momentum will be penalized. It's a good way of bringing balance back to the series. More importantly, it brings an aspect of simulation wrestling.
