The 2nd of 4 LJN WWF game released for the NES. And arguably the best one too. Has the most popular wrestlers of the time all in the game's roster and a bunch different play modes like Tag Team and Survivor Matches which the previous game, WWF Wrestlemania, did not have and the specific entrance themes for each wrestler on the roster (my favorite theme being Rick Rude's and The Ultimate Warrior's). In fact its very arguable that this game improves upon the previous game in every way...which isn't hard considering how clunky and awkward that game was and its arguable that he game was never bettered on the NES either with the other 2 future WWF games. One unique feature I find is that this is the only WWF game of the time to not feature Hulk Hogan or Andre the Giant as the final wrestler in championship mode, instead its the Ultimate Warrior, hence the title screen since he had previously pinned Hulk Hogan clean for the Heavy Weight Championship belt at Wrestlemania 6 at the time and was the current reigning heavyweight champ...which I thought was a nice attention to historical detail. The sad thing is that with the exception of Hulk Hogan, Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Brutus Beefcake everyone else on this game's roster has died which really sucks considering there's a lot of stars in this game. Overall I'd rank this as the best of the 4 WWF games on NES by a long shot. Not that the others are awful by any means, its just that this one got the most right, has aged the best and is the most playable today in my books. Thankfully all the old WWF games from this era are pretty cheap too so if you want a copy of this for yourself they're pretty cheap and easy to find. Worth picking for sure!

Hope you enjoy!
