One thing is always true in war. The one with the bigger gun wins the day. In XCOM, this means upgrading your weaponry and tech at a rate that exceeds the rate at which new, more terrifying enemies hit the field. In this campaign, I am new to that balancing act, and the mods are not doing any favors. With the introduction of Mag Weapons, the balance of power shifts definitively back in my favor.
