*1440p upscaled*
Hello again. As an experiment after the Questionarium, I decided to try to type more text commentary in this episode. If this one proves to be a right decision, I'll type more text for the rest of episodes.

As for 1440p upscale - I visited the horrifying Youtube Studio again. Well, the truth - episodes reach 1440p after 2-3 days. Hope this makes some things clear.

Today I'll also have two XCOM dossiers because I didn't have one in episode 25.

XCOM ARCHIVES DOSSIER
UFO Defense Canon
Name and Surname: Jasmine Cook
Nickname: Zrbite Knight
Gender: Female
Date of Birth: 16 December, 2015
Country: Euro-Syndicate
Zrbite Knight, as many other soldiers of TFTD era, was born after the First Alien War. Compared to others, she loved hearing the stories about heroism of XCOM. It was cemented that she was going to try to join XCOM at one point.
==
The situation in the world worsened with advent of Cult of Sirius and Inquisitors. Jasmine, the future Zrbite Knight, was serving as a low-ranking special ops member in 2036 during the religious war between the cult and Inquisitors. She did her job very well - after all, she wasn't going to stay calm when alien fanatics were destroying her country.
==
The efficiency of Jasmine was noted. During the Second Alien War, when casualties in XCOM became increasingly worrying, and before the "Backup Plan", Zrbite Knight was recruited into the organization. It was a wish that came true.
==
Jasmine loves hot peppers and XCOM. To lesser extent, she likes Ferguson Grados for being XCOM-in-spirit. She hates Cult of Sirius.

XCOM ARCHIVES DOSSIER
UFO Defense Canon
Name and Surname: Essentuki Miramistina
Gender: Female
Date of Birth: 30 April, 2001
Country: TFTD Russia
The definition of "evil dominant baroness" in my XCOM canon.
==
As the world became more and more hostile to everything, so did the inhabitants. Essentuki was born in desolated Siberian region of Russia and had to be raised in poverty.
==
This made the young girl violent and merciless. As she reached her 18th birthday, she already made lots of misconducts. The policemen were aware of the girl's actions and they decided to put her into prison. As the violent Essentuki became enraged, soon enough, with the help of her roommate there, Shinshilla Serebroplata, she began a riot inside the prison which ended in all prisoners escaping and eliminating the guards.
==
After a political stunt in 2034, Essentuki ceased control in the country now known as Eurasia. She did see that everything in her home has gone to hell. And, furthering her actions, she began the indiscriminate extermination of everything that she didn't like.
==
By the time of 2040, Essentuki, along with Shinshilla, which now was the leading Eurasian researcher, had taken over the Council of Nations, becoming the High Councillor of Earth. However, her rule is that of a tyrant and dictator. No one will miss her once she's dead.
==
Both Merphyss and The Unknown Commenter have to contact her on-month basis to give XCOM monthly reports. The Commenter, in particular, has called her a pain-in-the-ass openly. Heike Wagnerson, actually, was so insulting to Essentuki (calling the High Councillor by the dirtiest words existing) that she is considered a terrorist in Eurasia.
==
In fact, even The Unknown Watcher said something in lines that Essentuki is more evil than Ethereals and the unseen T'Leth leader.
Furthermore, it was Essentuki's idea of a "Backup Plan" - to force the retired XCOM soldiers or their relatives to get into the current fight. Even if they are very old by now.
==
Essentuki loves suffering of others. She likes Shinshilla Serebroplata. The Unknown Commenter is on her nerves. And her biggest wish is to kill Heike with her own hands if possible.

If you ask how I got her to be so evil - Stellaris: Dictatorship, Fanatic Xenophobe, Fanatic Purifiers. Combine this with humans - and you get Essentuki.
