ElGato rec. No battle chatter/commentary. Female Heroes Versio and Leia meet in Battle again. But in a chance of pace, Ability Recharge is set from Slow to Default! Vid timeline:

(4:13) Match begins.

We play as:

First player: Leia Organa.
Blaster: Leia Organa's Defender Pistol.
Abilities: Flash Grenade, Rapid Fire, Squad Shield.
Boost Cards: Blinded, Laser Brain, Relentless Firing.

Second player: Iden Versio.
Blaster: Iden's TL-50.
Abilities: Droid Shield, Pulse Cannon, Stun Droid.
Boost Cards: Sturdy Shield, Acquiring Targets, Cooled Blaster.

I took Iden Versio this time, the mid to long range combatant of the too. And she is packing!

Her TL-50 fires Ion Shots as it's alternative fire mode. And knowing that Leia carries a Squad Shield, I reinforced it with Cooled Blaster. Still, the Squad Shield managed to handle my efforts better than expected. And that's without Leia reinforcing it with a Boost Card!

Like Captain Phasma, Iden carries a Droid. It's pretty cool. It gives her Droid Shield (Personal Shield) which I upped with Sturdy Shield for extra protection against Leia's Rapid Fire (Assault Blaster).

But what I was curious is about was what Stun Droid was. Turned out Iden's Droid can actually fly off and stun nearby foes. Liked the concept and took Acquiring Targets as soon as I found out to it gives the Droid extra search range. The stun is of very short duration. But it's a little extra something that helped me either keep enemies away from me, or, make them easier to hit.

Finally, we have the Pulse Cannon, which makes it's return from Battlefront 2015. Already knew it was going to be a tough weapon to use. But I didn't expect it's zoom to be that strong! Tried to use it without the zooming, but couldn't get any significant results. It seems then, that weapon is only really suitable on the largest maps; to fire upon enemies from very long distances.

Leia here played well, although I kept nailing her with my TL-50. She was quite persistent in pursuing me whenever she got her eye on me. Thank goodness for my little Droid companion.

Still, I have to concede that the outcome of this battle took me by surprise.
