I returned to The Eye of Kirite, this time with help, to see if we can clear the enemies protecting the site. However, opposition proved to be much tougher than expected. Vid timeline:

(0:00) Facing Umuru's Ice Giant and his minions.

Enemies where composed of a single Ice Giant and 3 lesser minions. We're well aware that the Flamethrower weapon is more effective here. But decided on Levitators and Nullifiers beefed with extra range so that we could engage these foes from as far away as possible.

I thought that the smaller enemies where going to become weaker somehow, one their "parents" was destroyed. Not quite so, it seemed. That may be because they kept appearing!

(11:56) The Legion's Ice units respawned!

If I compare this instance to others, it would be reasonable to speculate that the enemies here will too endlessly respawn. It would mean that, whatever needs to be done in there, needs to be done under fire.

So in the end we collected some Electrum and salvage from around the site, since we where unable to locate something of interest inside.

Perhaps one day...

(19:49) Assisting an Observatory and Refinery.

We fall back, to continue to upgrade the Observatories and Refineries, with upgrading a former to the max, while activating another one of the latter for helping to fend off an Outlaw attack.
