ElGato rec. Our first post August update gameplay! Heroes now come with the ability to gain 20 health when taking out non-Heroes, and 100 otherwise. Boosk excluded! Vid timeline:

We play as:

First player: Anakin Skywalker.
Blaster: N/A Lightsaber.
Abilities: Pull Dominance, Heroic Might, Passionate Strike, Retribution.
Boost Cards: Tenacious, Reprisal, All of Them.

Second player: Count Dooku.
Blaster: N/A Lightsaber.
Abilities: Lightning Stun, Duelist, Expose Weakness.
Boost Cards: Sith Control, Superiority, Masterful Duelist.

That said, with all three Boost Card slots now open, I take a look to see how I can make Dooku, the ultimate villain.

It's my first time playing is him.

I surmised that my strategy against Anakin was going to revolve around Dooku's Lightning Stun. He's a powerful Jedi Knight. So having some means of being able to neutralize him before hand, was more important than ever. Guess I could have gone for the card that boosts the Lightning's range. But he could get back up again by the time I get there, if I stun him from to far perhaps. So I when for other Boost Cards.

But in the end, I didn't used Duelist and Exposed Weakness as much as I could have. In addition to the Lightning Stun, most of my concentration was spent on keeping my distance and keeping my eye on my bots, when working out how and when to best pounce or ambush Anakin.

Anakin does have an ability which enables him to clear an area around him of soft targets. That was the potential to ruin anyone day is use properly in Arcade, I thought!
