Hello YouTube! SSGL here with our second attempt at defending the uplinks on Walker Assault on Outpost Beta, Normal difficulty. Vid timeline:

Now familiar with the core mechanics surrounding this mode, I was able to take a look on a couple of other things:
1: The pick-up items closer to the uplinks appear to be the weapons and equipment, while those farther away are the Heroes and fighters. When one grabs one of the latter, one has to choose which Hero or hop into that fighter quickly. Otherwise, it is lost when the given countdown ends. One is allowed to choose which Hero. But fighter pick-ups are specific.
2: There are turrets of all shapes and sizes all around. As expected, the one that looks like a dish is the hardest hitting one, just like in the movies I guess. It seems prudent to try to protect them to have them handy when the AT-ATs become exposed. Guess am going to prioritize hopping into one that's also not too close to the action next time, unless I can find a Speeder.
3: One can tell how hard are one's punches against the AT-ATs by looking at the hit points that appear on screen.
It's becoming apparent, at least on this map, that we should concentrate all we got against one of the Walkers, then fly a Speeder and tow-cable the other perhaps? This mission is not as easy as I was lead to believe. And we're talking Normal difficulty here! Well, so much the better :-)
