Xbox Hacker CRIES but I get BANNED

Xbox Hacker cries but I get banned! This had been something I've always been surprised of. Of all my time catching cheaters in video games to confront them, I've never known I would make an Xbox Hacker cry out of fear of any repercussions. I assured him I am not a part of Xbox or have any authority to ban him on Xbox. But of course, I was the one that got permabanned for whatever reason.
I was playing CoD World at War and I found him using mods. He had god mode but tried to cover it up with juggernaut. Xbox Hackers would use juggernaut in World at War to fool you into thinking you can't kill them because of their increased health advantage. But truthfully, they just have god mode. And with god mode in any CoD game, it makes no difference what perk(s) you may be using. So of course, I called him out on it in game chat. He apparently didn't hear me in game chat. It was only when I sent him a message over Xbox, telling him I would like to ask him if he knew he can get banned for cheating on Xbox.
He joined my Xbox party chat and was nervous. I told him how I felt about the mods and asked him why he was cheating. Simply put, his friend gave him the mods. I had him apologize and get rid of them. The Xbox Hacker also cried which put me in a very awkward position because I was never in a situation like this. If an Xbox Hacker is crying about him potentially losing his Xbox Live account privileges, what do I say? I never told him I worked for Microsoft/Xbox Enforcement. So I was limited on what I can say or do. Long story short, the Xbox Hacker showed remorse and got rid of the mods. Thanks to the Elgato black screen glitch, the messages we exchanged with each other were lost. So I did not include them in this video.
