Hi, this video shows a standard Xbox One Controller and a Bluetooth Xbox One S Controller working on the Nintendo Switch. The adapter you need is a MayFlash Magic-NS. It will not have a NFC reader (Amiibo) and motion controls don't work. The Rumble works but sometimes it can just stay on so although the controller works well with no noticeable lag it is obviously not as good as the Switch Pro Controller. This is not a Nintendo product and it is not supported by Nintendo so it is possible that it could stop working if they patch it with a future update.
