CBOAT - who is supposedly a MS insider, has posted information in which he says the Xbox One's upclocks are "risky" and the ESRAM will be a hugely limiting factor for the games on the console, and that 1080P will not be a regular occurance. He also hinted that MS should have held off the release of the X1 until next year.
