Xbox Series S: A Retro Gaming Machine
After briefly removing developer mode for many Xbox users in early January, Microsoft quickly added it back. This helped keep Retroarch around on these new consoles, but also there has become an even easier way to access it... all without Developer mode.
Navigate to this Github page ON YOUR XBOX WEB BROWSER:
https://gamr13.github.io/
From there, just select the app you want to install and it will open the app legitimately in the Microsoft store. Every few weeks the links expire and will take a little time to refresh.
While you can emulate older games on the Xbox One, the Xbox Series S allows you to play even newer consoles, like the PS2, Gamecube, and Wii. This little $300 system is truly a retro gaming machine!
