Combat Tactics build order: I recommend the following
• Wet Work: Critical! - 25% more exp from kills. Helps you get

• Squad size 1 and 2 faster.
• Squad Size 1: Critical! - Adds a soldier slot to your deployment. Get this ASAP, requires a soldier reaches rank of Sgt.
• Squad Size 2: Critical! - Adds a soldier slot to your deployment. Get this ASAP, requires a soldier reaches rank of Cpt.
• Integrated Warfare: Nice to have! PCS are greatly improved.
• Lightning Strike: Nice to have! Units gain +3 mobility for the first 2 turns of battle while the squad remains concealed.
• Vengeance: Nice to have! If a squad mate dies or is critically wounded provides a random tactical bonuses for two turns.
• Stay With Me : Critical! Soldiers will be more likely to bleed out than to die outright. Get this ASAP once you have a Major.
• Grenadier Biggest Booms: Nice to have! Explosives can inflict critical damage. Consider this when you have a Grenadier Captain.
• Ranger Hunter's Instinct: Nice to have! Requires Ranger Captain Attacks against flanked enemies deal +3 damage.
• Sharpshooter Deadshot: Nice to have! Provides a Bonus of 10% chance to critically hit enemies. Requires Sharpshooter Captain.
• Specialist Cool Under Pressure: Nice to have! Requires Specialist Captain Gain +10 Aim and the ability to critically hit when taking over watch and reaction shots.
