This is episode 45 of Adam's Let's Play XCOM Chimera Squad and can be used as a rough walkthrough. This was recorded as soon as the game was released so shows some early release bugs that no longer exist. The gameplay is still fully accurate, however. *Impossible - This is the hardest difficulty. It removes tutorials, increases enemy HP, increases enemy armor, enemies spawn faster on retreat missions (every round), less rounds to get bonus objectives, district anarchy goes up faster, dark events start earlier, enemies are more aggressive, resources are reduced slightly, hidden bonus accuracy % is reduced/removed (lower overall accuracy for the player).
*Hardcore - This is the most extreme difficulty level. A defeat in a mission automatically ends the entire campaign and DELETES your save file!
*Ironman - Manual saves are unavailable in this mode. You only have to rely on a single autosave so no 'save scumming' or reloading RNG.
*Blind - This let's play was completed as a blind' playthrough. This means Adam was playing the game for the first time, hadn't watched any of the game's content, and didn't research or look things up. Other members of the chat who were also 'blind' to the game did help contribute. Adam had played a few hours of early access, however. As such, some of the information Adam expresses in the early episodes may not be entirely correct - it was a learning process.
