I continue trying to shed my burden of shame as a classic UFO/XCOM fan who has only completed the new XCOM on normal, by playing it through on Classic Ironman.

The ragged remnants of XCOM's elite A-Team drag two untested squaddies and a sort-of-tested one on a council mission to Australia, to rescue a Japanese scientist who knows shit-loads about interstellar trajectories. Fighting Thin Men again is almost like a holiday for our three remaining traumatised veterans, after the Sectopod horror in Canada. For the virgin squaddies however it's a nightmare of poison-induced vomiting and plasma burns.
